General Costs

Upon sending a Booking Enquiry you'll receive a quote for the costs of your group's stay at the camp. Below is a list of our current rates.

Urban Camp Rates 2012

WEEKDAY RATES

$38.00 + GST $3.80 = $41.80	$19.00 + GST $1.90 = $20.90	$57.00 + GST $5.70 = $62.70

WEEKEND RATES
CAMP SERVICES	MEALS (breakfast only)	TOTAL
$37.00 + GST $3.70 = $40.70	Rate includes breakfast only	$44.00 + GST $4.40 = $48.40

Please Note:
- Nightly rate (per person per night)
- Week day school groups: Teachers free of charge – ratio 1:10 (additional adults at student nightly rate)

Booking Confirmation

Once a booking is made at The Camp, a non-refundable $1000 booking fee is payable within 14 days.
If this fee is not received, your date will be re-allocated as demand is high.

Payment Terms

All members are encouraged to settle their account before leaving Urban Camp. However, invoices
can be posted the week following your visit.

The venue listings section provides information regarding the costs of visiting the different venues and terms of payment.

It is advised for groups to book in advance, Urban Camp can assist in organising your program and bookings.
